Edúces me de láqueo, quem abscondérunt mihi

Edúces me de láqueo, quem abscondérunt mihi,* quóniam tu es fortitúdo mea. You shall lead me out from the pit, which they hid for me, * for you are my strength.

Edúces = you shall lead me. This is in the future tense. educo, educere, eduxi, eductus, to lead out; draw up. As a third conjugation verb, the e in edúces reveals that it is future tense. Present tense would be: edúcis.
