In die tribulatiónis meæ clamávi ad te,* quia exáudies me

In die tribulatiónis meæ clamávi ad te,* quia exáudies me. In the day of my trouble I called to you * for you shall hear me.

tribulatio = tribulations, trouble, etc. St. Paul writes in 2 Cor 1:3-4, “Benedictus Deus et Pater Domini nostri Jesu Christi, Pater misericordiarum, et Deus totius consolationis, 4 qui consolatur nos in omni tribulatione nostra.” / “Blessed is the God and Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all consolation, who consoles us in every one of our tribulations.”
